Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund with a %25 restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs and any restocking fees, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before the order has been processed. We will be unable to cancel the order once the order has been processed and has either shipped or is pending pickup. A %10 fee will be applied to any cancellations. We reserve the right for final decision on cancellations.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
If the item doesn't qualify for free shipping, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
We will use either Canada Post, UPS, DHL or another private carrier to fulfil your order. Some carriers may charge VAT/DUTY for Optics or other items, and you will be required to pay any additional fees.
Please also note that the shipping rates are based on flat rate box sizes.
Products may be shipped from different locations pending where we have the item stored. They may come in multiple packages to decrease shipping time, and/or based on packing material availability.
We require at least 3 business days for handling on a normal week, with up to 10 days pending holiday delays/other unforeseen delays. Handling includes any payment processing, confirmations, packing, and pending carrier pickup at pickup location.
All estimated product ship times can be found on the product pages. Some products require extended handling/shipping times and are labelled as Special Order Items.
If a product doesn't arrive within the quoted shipping time, we will open an investigation to ensure either you get your product, or a refund is issued, at our discretion.
